U9 AA Northumberland Jacks EOBA division champions

Following an intense weekend on the diamonds, the U9 AA Northumberland Jacks have captured the Eastern Ontario Baseball Association (EOBA) division championship title.
The team secured the victory after a win in Bowmanville on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026. The team fought hard to win four games and lost just one battle over the weekend.
On Sunday, the Jacks had to beat the Ajax Spartans twice to claim their crown, with a 10-9 victory in the first round and a 13-9 win in the second game.
Next up, the team heads to the Ontario Baseball Association (OBA) finals in Cambridge on Aug. 27 to 31.
The U9 AA Northumberland Jacks had an incredible run, especially needing to beat the Ajax Spartans twice in a row for the championship. Those 10-9 and 13-9 scores show how intense those games must have been! It seems they've really mastered the infinite craft of winning, building their success game by game.
