Blair Burton is The Hockey Stickman. When the twig breaks, heis theeeeee man of repair. Blair can make magic with broken hockey sticks. Just call him! But he can also save a game! With three brand new call ups all attributed to Blair Burton, Blair made the game go on. It's a tough game to play with no players. But Blair Burton saved the day.

It's too bad that we all can't be saviours out there. You have to hold on to the puck. Just ask Paul. He can hold onto that biscuit just before it goes into the opponent's net. Even co Dusters founder Chadlatty was quoted as saying "I often think about passing, but that means giving up the puck, so I don't."

You may also think that nice guys tend to finish last. They do, but they're still nice. Spencer would agree after taking a massive collision from Butters. Oddly, one would expect Butters to be wearing the glasses not Spencer? But in Dusters hockey, this is how things go.

The defensive duo of Bruce and Ben was like two redwood trees against a large amount of skating shrubbery. These men create a forest of defense that cannot be cut down.

So another good week of Dusters hockey happened and the world kept spinning. Contracts have been signed, bonuses paid out and then all woke up from that dream. That being said, the attendance at Dusters Hockey matches is rising weekly. This week, a very clear 4fold rise in fans! So, this is not trivia! No indeed.

The Dusters skate on Thursdays at 5:30 pm at the Brant Sports Complex. This week is the annual Orange Creamsicle game in honour of the 237th anniversary of the storming of the Bastille.

This was an enjoyable read and a great reminder that small community efforts can create lasting memories. Using online animation services to present stories like this could make them even more appealing and accessible across different digital platforms.
