Woodstock resident Tammy Taves is the July winner of the Wilmot Heritage Fire Brigade's monthly 50/50 raffle fundraiser.
Taves took home a prize of $327.50 after her name was drawn in the July raffle. Wilmot Heritage Fire Brigade president Peter Gingerich notified her of the win.
The monthly raffle helps support the brigade's ongoing efforts to restore and preserve antique firefighting equipment from Baden and the surrounding area.
The August raffle is now underway and closes Aug. 25. Those interested in supporting the fundraiser can purchase tickets online through Rafflebox or contact Peter Gingerich by email at peter.gingerich@rogers.com.
Members of the Wilmot Heritage Fire Brigade thanked supporters from across Ontario who continue to participate in the monthly draws and help preserve the community's firefighting history.
The brigade also plans to announce details of a future open house in Baden, where the public will have the opportunity to view its collection of restored antique firefighting equipment.
