Well, here we are! Follow along as high winds met good weather out on the course, with golf clubs flying and everyone ducking and no, not the Daffy kind!

Big T, celebrating his 55th birthday no less (Happy Birthday, Tom, by the way!), teamed up with Big Al Muckeraw to take on Cutter and... what’s-his-name. It came right down to the wire, with Cutter sinking a final putt to seal the match with a bark!

Meanwhile, Brownie was counting "one, two, skip a few," tossing in a "McCulligan" here and there. He used this special method of play to totally baffle Kopper and the gang.

Over on the next hole, Haybo and Chicken took on Bergie and Fever, and the feathers were definitely flying! Fever kept his cool as the mature one of the group, sinking great drives and making putts Fever-style all along the way.

Good fun was had by all out at The Burford Golf Links this week, though everyone was in a bit of a hurry to wrap up and get over to the Paris Fair. Scores aside, everyone came out a winner, with Willy D and Billy B keeping the peace while Birdy kept score.

They always say to read between the lines, because that’s where the best stories lie, just like in golf. Head down, eye on the ball... there is just so much to remember, and that’s probably why I can't hit straight!

All the best, and see you next week on the course in Burford. Stones
