Residents at The Maples Home for Seniors in Tavistock showed their Blue Jays pride on Monday, cheering loudly before Game 3 of Toronto’s playoff series in Los Angeles.

Dressed head to toe in Blue Jays gear — or anything blue they could find — residents and staff gathered around the big-screen TV to watch the game together.

“The Maples staff and residents were busy cheering the Blue Jays on,” said executive director Joan Hergott. “Everyone dressed up, enjoyed freshly popped popcorn and refreshments, and had a wonderful time. Go Jays Go!”
