Canada Day celebrations will once again bring residents together in both Paris and Brantford to mark the nation's birthday with a full day of family-friendly activities, live entertainment, food and community spirit. Whether you're planning to spend the day in Paris, Brantford, or both, here's a look at what's happening across the region on July 1.


Paris Canada Day Celebration - July 1 | 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Paris Lions Park


Main Stage Entertainment

10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. | Tim McDougald

Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Brantford blending folk, indie and country influences.

12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | Sarah Smith

Award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter known for her powerful vocals and energetic stage performances.

2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. | Frisky Business

Classic rock and dance favourites from the 1970s and 1980s, featuring hits from Canadian bands such as April Wine, Trooper and The Guess Who.
