On Aug. 20, the St. Marys Healthcare Foundation will host its 33rd annual golf tournament in support of local health care.
This year, the golf tournament is being held at River Valley Golf Course. There are still spots available so make sure to gather friends and colleagues for a fun day supporting a great cause. The tournament will feature great golf, contests, prizes, food, networking opportunities and lots of laughs.
The tournament is played as a four-person Texas scramble for players of all skill levels. The cost for a group of four is $700 and for an individual, it is $175 and includes 18 holes with a cart, golf tees and sponsor-branded golf balls, a complimentary drink sponsored by McCurdy Manufacturing, an on-course lunch, a buffet-styled dinner, and fun, on-course contests and prizes.
All money raised will go towards the needs of the St. Marys Memorial Hospital while also helping to support the Tradition Mutual Centre for Wellness, St. Marys and Area Mobility Service and other local organizations promoting healthy lifestyles.
There are still some sponsorship opportunities available. For more information and to register for the tournament, visit https://stmaryshealthcare.foundation. Registration and sponsorship information can also be found at Trellis.org/2026golf.
Last year’s winners were Craig Pearce, Andrew Phillips, Al Strathdee and Clive Slade with 12 under par.
